Условия Обслуживания

Welcome to TtsaveHD (accessible at https://ttsavehd.com). By accessing or using our website and online media resolution utility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and our Политика Конфиденциальности. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

TtsaveHD provides a free, automated web-based technical utility that enables users to resolve and fetch publicly accessible media streams (including MP4 video and MP3 audio tracks) from user-supplied URLs.

• No Media Hosting or Archiving:TtsaveHD does not host, upload, store, index, or distribute any video or audio files on its servers. All media streams are fetched directly by the end user's browser from third-party publicly accessible Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
• User-Initiated Process: Every technical request on TtsaveHD is initiated solely by the user pasting a specific public URL into the tool.

The name "TikTok" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners, and any reference to them on TtsaveHD is strictly for descriptive compatibility purposes under nominative fair use.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use TtsaveHD strictly for personal, non-commercial offline viewing, archival of your own original content, or lawful fair-use educational/commentary purposes. By using this service, you explicitly agree that you will NOT:

• Download copyrighted videos, music, or images with the intent to re-upload, redistribute, sell, monetize, or claim ownership of another creator's work without their express written permission.
• Attempt to bypass privacy settings or download content from private accounts, "Friends-Only" posts, or age-restricted/region-locked media.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, scripts, or high-frequency API requests to overload, abuse, or disrupt our servers or third-party networks.
• Use the service for any unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.

All videos, audio tracks, photographs, and creator metadata accessed through TtsaveHD remain the sole intellectual property and copyright of their respective original creators and rights holders. TtsaveHD claims no ownership over any third-party media resolved through our tool.

Conversely, the original source code, user interface design, custom graphics, branding, and written documentation of TtsaveHD are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be copied or cloned without permission.

TtsaveHD respects the intellectual property rights of creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

• Because TtsaveHD does not store or host any video or audio files on its servers, we cannot delete content from third-party platforms (such as TikTok's servers). To remove a video permanently from the internet, the copyright holder must remove it directly from the source platform (tiktok.com), which immediately renders the URL inaccessible via our utility.
• However, if you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and wish to have a specific public URL or creator profile blocked from being processed through TtsaveHD's URL resolver, please send a formal DMCA notice to [email protected].

To keep TtsaveHD free for all users, our website displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (including Google AdSense and other advertising partners) as well as links to external third-party websites or software tools.

The tools and materials on TtsaveHD are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TtsaveHD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall TtsaveHD, its developers, owners, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use TtsaveHD.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
